Pre-Production Assessment

Our engineering team evaluates your design, including materials, surface finish, and process. Material certification is provided on request, detailing grade and properties.

In-Production

An automated inspection system ensures precise part positioning, while our quality team conducts inspections every 2 hours to maintain production accuracy.

Final Inspection & Packaging

We provide a full-dimensional inspection report, and parts are securely packaged with four layers of protection for safe delivery.
